All services are subject to availability, project requirements, and separate written agreements when applicable.

Estimates and Proposals
All estimates, quotations, and proposals provided by SELA Network are based on the information available at the time of preparation and may be subject to change. Pricing, timelines, and project scope may be adjusted due to unforeseen conditions, changes requested by the client, material availability, labor costs, permit requirements, or other project-related factors.
A project is considered approved only after written authorization or execution of a formal agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for the successful completion of a project. This includes access to project sites, required documentation, permits when applicable, and a safe working environment for SELA Network personnel and subcontractors.
Delays caused by incomplete information, restricted access, or circumstances outside our control may affect project schedules.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Failure to make payments within the agreed timeframe may result in project delays, suspension of services, additional fees, or termination of the agreement.
SELA Network reserves the right to retain ownership of materials, equipment, and deliverables until full payment has been received.
Project Modifications
Any modifications to the original scope of work requested after project approval may result in additional costs, schedule adjustments, or both. All changes must be reviewed and approved before implementation.
Verbal requests for modifications may require written confirmation before work proceeds.
Warranty
SELA Network is committed to delivering quality workmanship and professional service standards. Warranty coverage applies only to services and installations performed directly by SELA Network and is subject to the terms outlined in the corresponding service agreement.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damages or failures resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, third-party work, accidents, natural disasters, utility failures, or conditions beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, images, documents, and other materials, is the property of SELA Network and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
